Congly no seidou

A secluded quiet room is what the visitor sees on first glance. It's fairly large; about 25m X 10m in size and about 5m high in total and seems spacious. This apparent abundance of space is due to the fact that there is not very much in the room. The walls are covered in beautiful red curtains.

It is quite apparent that this is a room full of shrines dedicted to honouring various important individuals in Stephen's life. There are little shrines/altars scattered around the room in that seem to be in some sort of formation; however, it is almost certain that this patterned arrangement is coincidental since the creator/maintainer is not a visual artist.

Congly no seidou

The room is essentially divided into three segments divided by two dividers extending from the back wall. The two corner segments are dedicated to important people of Stephen's life that he knows in real life. However, no one except for Stephen really cares about those particular shrines.

The most prominant items are the middle of the room is a set of shrines. They are shaped in a in a unique form; one shrine is a little larger the others. In front of each shrine, there is a small red cushion for the knees.

The foremost shrine (A) is one for Ryuuen no Aisen, who hosts a particular site that Stephen worked on. The altar itself is pretty humble; there is a small name plate on the marble shrine stating Ryuuen/s name along with a Network Administration manual.

The leftmost shrine (B) is one designed for Venkarel for all of the screencapping that she has done for Stephen. The shrine looks like Ryuuen's but obviously has a different name plate and a small Snappy on the top of the shrine. There appears to be a new addition to this shrine; construction dust is still present. This is suprising considering the cutbacks that have been faced. There is some quasi-ornamentation added on (as the owner isn't really that good at art). In front of it is a pile of manga and Japanese CDs.

The rightmost shrine (C)is one for Kai Ling for her screencapping for a particular project that she helped with. As would be expected for her, there is a periodic table by the shrine, some various glasswares and a little stuffed mole.

There is one ordinate shrine (D) in the middle of the site. This one has a nameplate of Kuwami for all of her Internet design work that puts Stephen to shame. The marble is very finely carved into images of the various seishi.

There is a shrine near the back for the Suzaku Worshippers (E) which looks very similar to the other shrines. About this time, it comes clear that the shrine maintainer is very poor at artwork (if it wasn't already). A mark lies around the neck of the taller of the two worshippers where a letter H used to hang. Recent work has been done on this shrine in that the taller one is now several inches higher than the other one. This is part of an agreement between the owner and the taller one. Around the taller one is a complementary lab coat (shockingly clean and white). Perhaps one day the taller of the two Worshippers will get her own shrine (that is when the owner gets around to rearranging the shrines [read edits the shrine graphic]).

The largest shrine is found at the back (F); it towers over top of the others. On the top of the shrine, there is a statue of a beautful Amazon clutching on to two bishonen type figures. The cushion in front of the shrine appears to be well used; this is the shrine for Kichiri, the individual that Stephen worships part-time. This shrine is shared with an individual named Tomite (who played an important role in building this particular shrine) [the cheap/free labour was very much appreciated by Stephen]. One notes that half of the shrine is ice cold while the other side is normal.
There is a recent upgrade; a little nameplate has been added: Kichiri no da

The newest shrine (G) has a stylised Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus savagely hurting a certain Suzaku miko. Also on the shrine is a video tape of that actual occurance. This particular shrine is for ~the~ Sailorneptune worshipper, Jackie Chiang who has opened several doors for Stephen.

The materials ahve been accumulated for a new shrine, but it has not been fixed in location, or even started.

One may notice that all of the shrines are of members of the gentle gender. This is explained by recent federal initiatives. Sadly, the shrines all look slightly decrepite due to a lack of funding/grants; with luck, this situation will be rectified in the future.
