Information

Like Chibi-Usa, Chibi Chibi drops in on the Tsukino household in the Sailor Moon Sailor Stars Season. Chibi Chibi cannot really speak at all, and instead says "Chibi" all of the time. Due to this, the Senshi name her "Chibi Chibi"; they do not know her actual name.

Powers

Chibi Chibi, even though she turns into Sailor Chibi-Chibi when she touches Eternal Sailor Moon's Moon Tiera, has does not have any named powers. Even so, she can teleport, revive and turn into a sword.
