other related elements listed here are owned by Takeuchi Naoko,
Koudansha and Toei Douga. The anime form of Bishoujo Senshi
Sailor Moon is also owned by TV Asashi.
The "Copyright xxxx-xxxx Stephen Congly/All Rights
Reserved." statement refers only to original work on this
Internet site including HTML coding, design and content. I do not
claim any other ownership than what is stated. All works cited are
the properties of their authors. Any ommisions are unintentional
and will be corrected immediately on notice.
Acceptable Use Policy
(AUP)
- Introduction:
- In brief, the intent of this document is only to protect this
site from being used for someone else's financial gain and not
at all to hinder individual or not-for-profit use.
- Summary of AUP
- Information from this site can be used freely; short quotes are
allowed but plagerism will be dealt with harshly. Images may not be
used without the permission of the original creator (if not listed
in the ALT tag, it's me). Finally, you may link to any page on
this site freely although linking to the main page is
encouraged.
- Information:
- Information on this site may be freely used for personal use
(including creating personal web pages) and for not for profit
groups. No information provided on this site including text and
HTML coding on this site may be used in any way for financial gain
without my express written permission with the following
exception. All companies providing me with a service may use their
materials related to that service for any purpose desired.
- Quoting:
- Short quotes from the original text is acceptable provided that
the quote is appropriatly documented by a recognised style (MLA,
APA, etc.) Generally, quoting above 20% of the original document
will be considered plagerism although I am very flexible depending
on what the quote is being used for. Copying an entire document on
this site and placing quotation marks around the information is not
quoting but plagerism. Plagerism will be dealt with harshly.
- Images:
- All of the images on this site (except the buttons) have been
provided to me by other individuals. If you wish to use their work,
please ask them; I cannot speak for them. Even though technically
most of the images are all copyrighted to Takeuchi Naoko and
various companies, the companies, etc. are all very tolerant of the
images being used by fans. Thus, please be courtious and ask the
scanner, etc. for permission to use the image; good scanning does
take a fair amount of time. Sorry, the buttons are not available
for the use of others.
- Use of Material on Other Sites
- The permission to use material including information from this
site on another Internet site is not transferable. Essentially,
this means that if an individual has been given permission to use
large amounts of information from this site (or more likely, to
host a HTML file), the hosting provider cannot use the information
to obtain financial gain. Violations will be treated on a
case-to-case basis depending on the amount of material being
used.
- Downloading
- Any information on this site may be downloaded freely and
stored on a personal computer as long it does not violate any part
of the AUP above.
- Linking:
- Linking to any page on the site is permitted (especially if it
is being cited). However, linking to the main page is
encouraged.
- Other Issues:
- I reserve the right to modify this set of terms any time I see
fit. If you use information from this site in a publication
(including essay, term papers, etc.), I would like a hard copy
(e-mail me for mailing address). If there are any questions about
