This page is based on the Senshi speeches that Eolo (marco.p.felgueiras@lx.isla.pt) sent to sailor-moon@indiana.edu (Indiana Sailor Moon mailing list). Eolo's words follow after with slight editing:
Inner senshi speeches minna-san... note, some of these might not be translated or they might contain glitches and errors... when I know the kana relates to a specific English word I will put it... if not I'll just go with the phonetic romaji...
Ai to Seigi no sailor fuku bishoujo senshi, Sailor Moon! Tsuki
ni Kawatte oshioki yo.
No need to translate this... However, there are some variants; she
sometimes says:
Kono Sailor Moon ga tsuki ni kawatte oshioki yo. meaning "I, Sailor Moon" or "This Sailor Moon" I know that it sounds weird, but sometimes they speak in the third person without having the same meaning for us.
When she does the speech with Chibi Moon, just insert Sailor Chibi Moon after Sailor Moon.
Quotes from Usagi/Sailor Moon:
Watashi wa koisurumono no mikata, seigi no mikata nano desu.
"I am an ally of those in love, an ally of justice."
(In Sailor Moon ep:6, she says this to Yusuke Amade on the car! I
think it's kawaii!)
"Futsuu no Usagi-chan ni bye bye"
"Bye bye, normal Usagi-chan..."
[First episode of Sailor Moon R (47) shortly after having her
memories restored by Luna]
Daisuki hito no tamenara, inochi datte nandatte, kakeru wa!
"I'll risk my life for those persons I love!"
(Episode 59, when she is shielding Mamoru with her own body.)
Minna wa, atashi ga mamotte miseru!
"I shall protect everyone!"
(Sailor Moon R Movie, when she is using the ginzuishou on the
asteroid as Princess Serenity)
Talisman nanka nakutemo sekai wa sukueru! Atashi ga sukutte
miseru kara!
(This was tricky, but my guesslation came down to this!!!): "I
promise to save this world without the talisman! I shall save
it!"
(This is when she's begging Uranus not take out the
talisman.)
Sailor Chibi Moon
Ai to Seigi no sailor fuku bishoujo senshi minarai, Sailor Chibi
Moon! Mirai no tsuki ni kawatte oshioki yo.
"For love and justice I am the sailor suited pretty soldier in
training, Sailor Chibi Moon! In the name of the future moon I shall
punish you."
Kasei ni Kawatte Sekkan yo!
This means "In the name of Mars, I shall punish you!"
however, sekkan has a more violent connotation that oshioki. One of
the other meanings is to whip, so you'll see how much more
violent it is, although I don't think whipping applies
here.
In the episode where the girls entered the Snow White Play, Mars
gave a long intro speech, specially difficult to me.. however
it's her best one.
Jounetsu no honou to rin pyou tou sha. Inori no chikara de aku wo
utsu, akai heels no Sailor Mars!
The flame of passion and rin pyou tou sha (these if I'm not
mistaken are part of Rei's rin). With the power of prayers I
shall strike evil, Sailor Mars of the reed heels! (Here you might
also literalise and put the reed heel wearing Sailor Mars, but
it's weird... any suggestions?)
Quotes from Rei/Sailor Mars:
Yuuichirou to kiss shitokeba yokatta ne...
"It would have been good to have kissed Yuuichirou" or
"I should have kissed Yuuichirou..."
(This is on Episode 45 when she dies... sigh)
Usagi ni deawanakattara, atashitachi zutto hitori datta....
"If we hadn't met Usagi, we'd be alone
forever..."
(Sailor Moon R Movie, when she is explaining to Fiore the
importance of Usagi in her (and the other girls too) life, so much
for those who say that Rei is a slut and hates Usagi)
Ai to Chiteki no sailor fuku bishoujo senshi, Sailor Mercury!
Mizu de mo kabutte, hanseishinasai!
"For Love and Intellect, I am the sailor suited pretty soldier
Sailor Mercury! Cover yourself in water and reflect upon
yourself!"
(Although I'm not a Mercury fan, I like this one a lot)
Juku to shukudai, tsugitsugi konashi, itsumo yonderu sankousho.
Zenkoku musabetsu kyuu mogi shiken number 1 wa gozonji Sailor
Mercury!
I can handle juku and homework one after another, I always read my
reference books. The number one equal in all the country in
classes, exams, is Sailor Mercury!
(This one is bound to have errors... Especially in the second
sentence, this is from the Snow White play episode)
Ami/Sailor Mercury quotes
Benkyou wa kikai de suru mono janaku, jibun no chikara de yaru
mono yo.
"Using machines is not the way to study, we have to use our
own strength."
(This is somewhat guesslation as well... boku no nihongo wa jouzu
janai, it's from Episode 8 when the youma is holding Ami
against the computer)
Onna wo keibetsu suru nante, houken jidai no nagori yo!
"To scorn women is a vestige of the feudal age!"
(I was a bit confused with suru nante, if someone would enlighten
me, onegai shimasu, this is from episode 13 when they're
fighting Jedite)
Mirai to iu mono wa, jibun no te de tsukuru mono yo.
Akirametara, sono toori ni shikanaranai wa.
"It's in one's hands the ability to shape the future.
If you give up, you'll have to follow that road!"
(Eeeek, talk about guesslation! Tasukete onegai! This is from the
Episode 27)
Gisei ni narutte, tashika ni ribba da wa. Demo, jibun no kokoro
ni shoujiki nattara, ikinuite ikou to omowanai?
"To sacrifice yourself, I think it's admirable. However,
if you listen to what your heart truely wants, he'll want to
keep living, don't you think?"
(This is when Mercury is talking to Urawa-kun in Episode 41, I
think this is one of Ami's most beautiful lines...)
Kore mo kyou ga tsukai osame ne...
"Today is the last time I use this..."
(More guesslation, cause I don't know what osame is... this is
from Episode 45, before Ami dies... *cries* yes, I cried when she
died... I'm not that insensitive.)
Usagi-chan wa, watashitachi ni kakegae no naimono wo
ataetekureta ko nano.
"Usagi is an irreplaceble girl that was given to us."
(Sailor Mercury begs Fiore not to kill Sailor Moon in the Sailor
Moon R Movie)
I have to start this with her first talk with Usagi on
schoolground, after she saved her from the bullies.
Usagi approaches Mako who is eating her obento:
Usagi-chan: Eee, sono onigiri oishisou!!! (Those onigiri look
delicious!!!)
Mako-chan: Atashi kowakunai? (Aren't you afraid of me?)
Usagi-chan: E? Nande? (Why?)
Okay... on to Sailor Jupiter, she's the only one who doesn't have an intro speech like the others or a speech pose... :( Unfair ne! However, I have her speech from the Snow White play! So no problem.. :)
Motte umareta kono chikara, enormous power no Sailor
Jupiter!
"With reborn strength, Sailor Jupiter of enormous
power!"
Seigi no mikata datte koigurai shitemo ii janai. Suki na otoko
no ko to date shitatte iijanai ka.
"You're a ally of justice, but you shouldn't neglect
love.(koigurai O_o) Wouldn't it be nice to go on a date with
the boy you like?
(Mako-chan encourages Ami-chan to admit her feelings for Urawa-kun
on Episode 41)
Demo, moshikashitara koibito yori zutto taisetsuna
kamoshirenai.
"But, perhaps he is more than a boyfriend, he is one of the
most important persons."
(Mako lies on the hospital bed explaining to Usagi her feelings for
Shinozaki-kun in Episode 49, kawaii)
Atashi ni dengeki de shoubu wo shikakeru towa ii dokyou da ne.
Kakugoshi na!
"You have the nerve of trying to defeat me with electric
shocks. Prepare yourselves!"
(Sailor Jupiter before killing two of the DD girls on episode 45...
MAKO-CHAN!)
Sono ko wa, atashitachi ni totte totemo daiji na ko nanda!
"That girl is the most important person for us!"
(Sailor Jupiter begs Fiore not to kill Sailor Moon in the Sailor
Moon R Movie)
Shinjiru... Minna to tatakau!
"I believe... I will fight with them!"
(When Sailor Jupiter and the rest are trapped by the daimon in
Episode 105, Jupiter sees that sometimes she should fight as part
of the team...)
Ai no tenbatsu otosasete itadakimasu!
"I shall deliver Love's heavenly vengeance!"
Kamen no densetsu wa kako no mono. Sono sugao mo utsukushii,
saigo ni toujo senshi wa Sailor Venus!
The legend of the mask is something of the past. This face is more
beautiful, the last senshi to appear is Sailor Venus!

Minako/Sailor Venus quotes
Ano ga hito ga... Alan ga suki ni natta hito desu mono.
(Guesslation time...)
"I fell in love with that person... I fell in love with
Alan."
(From the episode 43, I think, where Minako confronts her past by
fighting Katherine possessed by a youma)
Sonna koto shitara yurusanai kara.
"If you do that I will never forgive you!"
(Episode 45, right before Venus' death ;_;)
Futari ga shiawase ni natte kureteba... Sore demo ii no...
"They have achieved happiness... that is good..."
Kodomotachi ga oshiete kureta, shinjiru koto no taisetsuna wo

"I shall protect the children who taught me that it's

Mako-cha niwa suteki na koi wo shite hoshii. Daiji na tomodachi

(It's the episode where we first see the Jupiter and Venus Star

(note: Neptune usually says "Onaji, Sailor Neptune, yuuga ni
katsuyaku!" Onaji means "In the same way" or
something similar. She usually says the full speech when she is
alone, that happened when she attacked Kaolinite...)
Shinkai no hoshi, kaiou sei wo shugo ni motsu, hoyou no senshi,
Sailor Neptune!
"Protected by the planet of the Deep Ocean, Neptune, the
maternal soldier, Sailorneptune!"

Toki wo tsukasadoru, Sailorpluto. Kono ai subeki chikiyuu wo,
anata no omoidori niwa sasemasen.
"The one who controls time, Sailor Pluto, I will not allow you
to do what you wish with this love filled earth."
(Note:This is her speech used only in the S Movie near the end when
they appear before Princess Snow Kaguya)
Jikuu no hoshi, meiou sei wo shugo ni motsu, henkaku no senshi,
Sailor Pluto!
"Protected by the planet of Time, Pluto, the soldier of
revolution, Sailor Pluto!"
Uranus finishes the speech
Gaibu tayoukei san senshi, aratana kikei ni sasowarete, koko ni
sanjou!
"The three soldiers from the ends of the solar system (I have
to check this part) Invited by new times (have to check kikei as
well) are here/appear here.
(Note:They use this when they're fighting as a team, if
it's only Uranus and Neptune, they'll say the S
speeches)

Chinmoku no hoshi, do sei wo shugo ni motsu, hametsu to tanjou

The Starlights have two intro speeches, one as a group, and a solo that is the same for the three of them, I shall put the both of them here.
