[OP--"Moonlight Densetsu"]
Chibi-Usa drags Mamoru through the streets of downtown Tokyo, telling him to hurry. Usagi comes up behind him and grabs him around the waist, trying to pull him back, and then points angrily to a movie theater marquee nearby. The two girls yell at each other and pull poor Mamoru back and forth until they're distracted by the appearance of HawksEye in civilian form--with Minako hanging on his arm.
[title screen]
The cats and the girls (minus Minako) are at the Crown Fruit Parlor. Usagi is apparently telling them about seeing Minako earlier. They talk it over for a few minutes. Luna comments that it's healthy for a girl to have a boyfriend; Rei and Mako mutter, "We're unhealthy, all right," and angrily blow bubbles in their drinks. Artemis seems depressed about something.
Diana, who is sitting on Chibi-Usa's head, spots something out the window, and the others rush over to see, squashing Usagi against the glass.
Outside, Minako is with TigersEye who is wearing a leather riding outfit and sitting on a motorcycle. As the girls and Artemis comment on this, he rides off, and Minako blows him a kiss. A few seconds later, Minako comes through the Fruit Parlor door and greets her friends enthusiastically. She takes a seat beside Mako and says something that really surprises the others; apparently, it's something to do with this latest romantic exploit of hers. She gets a little melodramatic about the whole thing, and winds up laughing hysterically (if a bit falsely). (The other girls are shocked at Minako's two-timing. Diana innocently asks what a two-timer is, and Usagi is about to answer when Artemis tells her not to talk about such things to his child. :))
HawksEye and TigersEye meet at their bar in the Dead Moon Circus tent, transforming back to their regular (so to speak ^_^) selves. They start arguing over who will be first to get the girl (Minako, their next target). FishEye joins the conversation, telling them not to fight over him, and they yell back that they're NOT fighting over him. Eventually, TigersEye and HawksEye make a deal--they'll have a contest to see who can "get" Minako, and the loser has to leave (the Circus, presumably).
Minako is in her room, deciding which outfit to wear for the next day. Artemis is in a more serious mood. He starts to leave despondently (apparently depressed because she isn't listening to a word he's saying), but Minako calls him back. She says something that seems to cheer him up for a moment--until she adds something else and goes back to laughing hysterically.
Chibi-Usa talks to the Pegasus in her room for a minute or so (an unusually short conversation, for them).
The next day, Minako (wearing the outfit from the night before) walks down the street, looking at her watch and talking happily to herself. Unbeknownst to her, Artemis follows.
HawksEye, in civilian clothes, leans against the clock tower in the park. Minako arrives and starts to call out to him, but stops cold when she sees TigersEye leaning against the other side of the tower. HawksEye glances in her direction, but doesn't see her--she's retreated back behind the hedge at the park's entrance, cursing and muttering to herself.
Artemis, watching them from across the street, is encountered, first by Chibi-Usa and Luna (with whom he talks for a moment), and then by Diana and the other five girls, who appear to be all ready to spy on Minako.

Minako sneaks around the hedge [this is a lot funnier than it sounds, believe me :)] and manages to get behind a nearby tree without being seen by TigersEye or HawksEye. Behind her, five girls and three cats poke their heads through the hedge. Diana starts to say something, but suddenly disappears back through the hedge; Usagi has pulled her out by the tail.
Minako, turning to face her friends but somehow not seeing them, mutters to herself some more, then appears to come to a decision. (I think this is where she decides, instead of giving up on one young man or the other, to date them both at once.) Hearing this, the others--particularly Artemis--get very incredulous looks on their faces.
Minako runs up to TigersEye and apologizes (for being late, perhaps?). They talk for a minute (judging by what happens later, I believe she's arranging to meet him later on), then Minako thanks him and he walks away. She then sneaks over to HawksEye, and has a similar conversation with him. She literally drags him into the movie theater; as they walk down the darkened aisle to find seats, she slips away, placing someone else's hand in his so he won't notice she's gone.
Minako runs off to meet TigersEye, who is waiting with her drink. (The others are still watching; they wonder how long she can keep this up, and someone comments that Minako is very good in this kind of situation.)
At the movie theater, the movie is coming to its conclusion, and HawksEye turns to "Minako" (intending to put the moves on her)--but finds, to his shock, that he's with a wrinkly old woman (who blushes at him :)). This is followed by dramatic ending music and a shot of the words "The End" on the movie screen--with HawksEye standing up, hands on his head, screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Minako, realizing that the movie is over, excuses herself from TigersEye and runs back to the theater to find a hyperventilating HawksEye wondering where she went. She tells him, to his surprise, that she was there all the time, (HawksEye: "You were?"), then makes another excuse and hurries back to TigersEye. She winds up running back and forth between them, until she gets tired and collapses; she thinks that she can't keep it up anymore.
Minako stops to rest in the park. Her friends show up, and seem to be admonishing her; she looks at the ground as though disturbed or ashamed. The others think she's finally going to stop this two-timing... but then, in yet another radical mood swing, she clenches her fist, declares that she's still going to get both of them (making the others sweatdrop), and runs off.
HawksEye and TigersEye are having a confrontation of their own in another part of the park, but it's cut short as Minako rushes between them to stop them from fighting. They both close in on her, demanding that she choose between them. Minako, after looking serious for a few moments, suddenly grins and says, "Both of you!"--a reply the other two obviously don't like. They immediately change into their Dead Moon Circus outfits and call up their magic boards--both of them--which strap Minako down and extract her Dream Mirror.
As they fight over who gets to look into her Mirror, Minako looks sad and makes some kind of comment. Finally, both villains look into Minako's Mirror at once; when they come out a few seconds later, they're hyperventilating and looking rather shocked. [Makes one wonder what this "beautiful dream" of hers is...] Of course, there's no Pegasus.
The other Senshi (including Chibi-Moon) show up and go their intro. speech, and the two villains call up a pair of lemures in response. One lemure throws to the ground a long board with a fulcrum in the center, one end of which embeds itself in the ground beneath the Senshi. The lemures leap up and come down on the high end of the board. The Senshi have a moment to look comically surprised before they, on the low end, are thrown into the air. One lemure attacks them in midair, and they land hard and lie there on the ground, stunned.
Meanwhile, HawksEye and TigersEye are arguing again. Apparently it's something to do with Minako, because she hears them and, to Artemis' shock, actually gets angry enough to break the metal clamps holding her to the boards! She ducks behind the boards and transforms.
The two villains are still talking when Sailor Venus confronts them and, using an attack never before seen (with no attack phrase), blasts both of them--sending them scrambling for cover in a very comical fashion :).
Chibi-Moon gets up (after she and Sailor Moon duck under Venus' angry blast), and does her Twinkle Yell, and Sailor Moon destroys the two lemures with Moon Gorgeous Meditation. TigersEye and HawksEye vanish into their portals. Venus calls to the others, then silently brings her hands together in front of her, as though asking forgiveness. The other Senshi smile and chuckle.
At the bar in the Dead Moon Circus tent, HawksEye and TigersEye are talking. FishEye asks if they're both going to leave, since neither of them "got" Minako; both of them turn on him maliciously.
Later, Artemis finds Minako standing on a bridge, feeling depressed. They converse for a minute, he says something to cheer her up, and she happily runs off, followed by the cat. [Nice ending picture of the two of them together.]
