Neherenia and Zirconia are talking through Neherenia's mirror. Neherenia tells Zirconia to find Pegasus and the Golden Mirror quickly.

In the Dead Moon Circus, the Amazoness Quartet are, as usual, fooling around. Zirconia appears and tells the Quartet to hurry up and find the Golden Mirror. Zircon appears, but it doesn't have a target. Zirconia is shocked. Meanwhile, PallaPalla is playing with her dentist dollhouse. The lady doll complains to the dentist doll that her tooth hurts. PallaPalla suddenly gets an evil smile and a wicked gleam in her eye, then tears the lady doll's head off.
In the Tsukino household, Usagi and Chibi-Usa are up to their usual games. They eat all sorts of sweets until late at night (cute little foregrounds of teeth that rot as time passes)--and they don't brush their teeth.
PallaPalla stands in front of a vacant lot in the city of Tokyo. She has her dollhouse with her, and using her blue sphere she turns the dollhouse into a life-size dentist's office. She then takes out a bag full of powder and spreads the powder over the city. Immediately, children begin to complain that their teeth hurt. PallaPalla smiles.
The next day, Usagi, Ami, Rei, Minako, Makoto, Chibi-Usa, and Mamoru are at the park having a picnic. Makoto treats a disheartened Chibi-Usa to some ice cream. As Chibi-Usa bites into the ice cream, she cries out in pain. Ami inspects her mouth with a tooth mirror (that she just happens to have with her ^_^), and discovers that Chibi-Usa has cavities. Usagi and Minako tease and scare Chibi-Usa with stories of cavity disease; Usagi starts laughing but immediately stops when Ami sees that Usagi has cavities, too. Minako frightens Usagi and Chibi-Usa telling them of the Juuban dentist (a picture pops up with a grizzled old man holding a drill in his shaking hand).
Mamoru takes Chibi-Usa and Usagi back home. Ikuko-mama is furious when she discovers that the two have cavities. She tells them to go to the Juuban dentist. Needless to say, Usagi and Chibi-Usa are terrified.
Mamoru takes (a better word would be "dragging" ^_^) Usagi and Chibi-Usa to the dentist's.
Usagi: Mamo-chan, will you be with me the whole time?
Mamoru: I told you already; I will!
Usagi: Will you hold my hand while I'm being treated?
Mamoru: Yes, yes, I will!
On the way, they pass by a new dental clinic with a great line of kids (PallaPalla's house). A long line of children are already there. Usagi and Chibi-Usa are admitted into the building by a woman with green hair (the doll that was decapitated by PallaPalla and the doctor doll have changed into humans), where they are escorted to a room where the walls are aquarium tanks and two dentist chairs are in the middle. Usagi and Chibi-Usa sit down in the chairs.
Behind the fake aquarium tank glass, PallaPalla watches the two. Lying all around her are unconscious children.
Mamoru is outside the dentist office, planning on ways to greet Usagi and Chibi-Usa when they get out of the building. Suddenly, he realizes that a lot of time has passed since he arrived there, and none of the children that had been waiting in line have ever come out of the building. He gets suspicious.
Usagi and Chibi-Usa sit in the dentist chairs, when they are suddenly strapped to the chairs by metal bands binding their wrists and ankles. PallaPalla appears and is just about to knock out their dream mirrors, when Tuxedo Kamen arrives and frees them. He fights off the two nurses, but is downed by a huge blue ball upon which PallaPalla is sitting.
Usagi and Chibi-Usa transform and say their speech. PallaPalla produces a lemure, GariGari-chan, shaped as a toothpaste tube with a drill at the end of its tail. The lemure pins the two Senshi to a wall with spears, then threatens them with the drill. The horrified DoubleMoon begin to cry, their odango ornaments emit supersonic waves, and the building begins to crumble. Chibi-Moon calls Pegasus, and Moon uses her Moon Gorgeous Meditation attack, destroying the lemure. PallaPalla leaves, and her house disappears. The wrecked dollhouse and the two dolls are all that's left.
Usagi, Chibi-Usa, and Mamoru are still at the vacant lot, waiting for all the kidnapped children's parents to pick the kids up. The children happily comment that their cavities are gone. Chibi-Usa and Usagi are very relieved, as now they don't have to go to the dentist's. Much to their shock, however, Mamoru notices that Usagi and Chibi-Usa still have cavities (apparently, that night when they ate all those sweets, they got real cavities).
At the Juuban dental clinic, the grizzled old dentist holds a spinning drill in his shaking hand. Usagi and Chibi-Usa, his unwilling patients, can do nothing but scream in horror (Usagi has a HILARIOUS expression on her face ^_^).
Chibi-Usa: This sound (the drill)! The smell! It's so
scary!!
Usagi: Mamo-chan, keep your promise! My hand! Hold my hand!!
Mamoru: All right, all right...
