Chibi-Usa, Momoko, and Kyusuke stand at the foot of a steep hill, looking down at a large reservoir. They're talking as they look at a couple of swans in the water. Suddenly, a light brown-haired boy with blue-green eyes barrels down the hill in a contraption--a bike with a Leonardo da Vinci-like "flying machine" attached to the top. The contraption races past Chibi-Usa and the others, soars over the reservoir, and drops into the water seconds later. The boy's all right, as the water is only knee-deep, and he was wearing a helmet. Kyusuke recognizes the boy as Hiroki.

[title screen]
Hiroki is with Chibi-Usa and her friends atop the hill, with the totaled flying contraption in a heap beside them.
Hiroki: It's my dream to fly in the air on my hand-made
airplane.
Kyusuke: Airplane? You mean that bike?
Hiroki: It's not a bike! It's the Saint Louise!
Hiroki designed and made the Saint Louise himself, and he's sure it can fly. He insists that he can achieve his dream by himself, and walks away carrying the wrecked Saint Louise.
In Chibi-Usa's room, Chibi-Usa and Pegasus are talking about Hiroki.
Pegasus: Maybe, he needs some friends to share the dream
together.
Chibi-Usa: I hope we can be his friends! Tomorrow, I'll go and
cheer him up!
Pegasus: I want to see it, too! When his airplane is about to
fly...
Pegasus reveals that he lives in the World of Dreams, and that he is trapped there. Chibi-Usa wonders at where the World of Dreams is. She quickly hides Pegasus' orb stand when Usagi comes in. Usagi heard a male's voice in Chibi-Usa's room, and she suspects that Chibi-Usa is talking with Mamoru. She leaves when Chibi-Usa tells her otherwise.
At the Dead Moon Circus, Neherenia tells Zirconia to hurry up and find Pegasus. Meanwhile, PallaPalla, JunJun, and CereCere are inspecting the next target, Hiroki. They quarrel about who will go get the target. VesVes walks up and takes the target's picture, saying she'll go (there's a really cute picture of VesVes on the back of the picture). The rest of the Quartet surrender the target's picture to her, and VesVes leaves.
At the hill, Chibi-Usa has an open brown bento. Pegasus is hidden within it. They watch Hiroki and his repaired human airplane. Usagi sneaks up behind Chibi-Usa. Chibi-Usa quickly closes the bento. She sees that Usagi has brought all the girls, Kyusuke, and Momoko with her. They all watch as Hiroki tries again to fly the Saint Louise. This time, the Saint Louise soars longer, but one wing breaks and the contraption drops into the water.
Hiroki dries himself by a fire as he inspects the blueprint of the Saint Louise. Usagi takes the blueprint and gives it to Ami.
Ami: Excellent! You did pretty good work by yourself until here!
The last thing is increasing the air/power inertia and
strengthening the wing frames.
Makoto: And also, you lack enough power!
Everyone offers to help Hiroki, but Hiroki refuses to let anyone help. He tells them to leave him alone. Kyusuke says that even the Wright Brothers worked together to produce an airplane. Hiroki thanks Kyusuke.
Makoto: How nice! Friendship between men!
Momoko: It's wonderful to have friends who you can share
anything with...
Chibi-Usa: A friend who I can share anything with...?
Chibi-Usa sits with Pegasus beside a water fountain. She asks why Pegasus won't share anything about himself.
Pegasus: Sorry... but I can't tell you yet...
Chibi-Usa: If we're friends, we can share anything! In fact,
you don't think of me as your friend, do you?
Pegasus: If you don't believe me, then I can't stay
here...
Pegasus and the pink glow around him fades away. Chibi-Usa calls after him, but there is no response.
[CM break]
Chibi-Usa worries over Pegasus' disappearance. Mamoru discovers her, and offers to walk her home. On the way, Chibi-Usa asks if Mamoru and Usagi can talk to each other about anything. Mamoru says they do. Usagi walks up, and Chibi-Usa yells at her for no real reason.
Chibi-Usa: You always do that! Peeping into my room and watching
what I'm doing...
Usagi: I'm wondering whether you have problems because you look
like there's something wrong...
Chibi-Usa: Don't put your nose in! I have secrets that I
can't tell...
Chibi-Usa realizes that she has secrets, too, just like Pegasus. Usagi walks off, gently saying that she'll walk home and wait for Chibi-Usa.
The next day, Hiroki and Chibi-Usa are at the hill. Hiroki is preparing for another try to fly the Saint Louise. The new, remodeled Saint Louise has larger, broader "wings" and a two-seated bicycle--one for Hiroki, one for Kyusuke.
Hiroki: Look, Chibi-Usa! I remade it with Kyusuke's help! I
took advantage of Ami's advice! It's wonderful to have
buddies!
Chibi-Usa: Buddies?
Hiroki: That's right! I can do more than I could when I was
alone!
VesVes appears in old pilot's clothes (like Amelia Earhart's), floating on a large red ball high above the ground. She attacks, shooting her Amazon Ball. Hiroki pushes Chibi-Usa out of the way, but she tumbles down the hill. The Ball punches out Hiroki's Dream Mirror, which is not the Golden Mirror. A frustrated VesVes hears Chibi-Moon saying her speech as she runs back up the hill. Chibi-Moon rings her bell, which hurts VesVes a little. VesVes produces a Lemure, PaoPao-girl, who looks like a scary woman with an elephant's head for a body. PaoPao flies with the elephant ears and digs a large ditch in the ground with the elephant's trunk. She's about to eat Hiroki's Dream Mirror when the Tuxedo Kamen and the Sailor Team arrive. Mars and Mercury attack VesVes and PaoPao. Chibi-Moon tries to call Pegasus, but she remembers that he disappeared.
Chibi-Moon: I'm not... qualified to call Pegasus anymore!
PaoPao dives at Chibi-Moon, about to attack, but Sailor Moon rolls Chibi-Moon out of the way.
Moon: I don't know what happened, but believe in
yourself!
Chibi-Moon: Believe in myself...?
Moon: Yes. We like you very much, Chibi-Moon!
Chibi-Moon thanks Moon, then apologizes for her behavior yesterday. Chibi-Moon successfully summons Pegasus, and Moon destroys the Lemure. VesVes escapes. Pegasus is still there, and he flies above the Sailor Team.
Pegasus: As long as you believe in your dream, I will always be with you!
At the hill, Hiroki and Kyusuke are seated on the Saint Louise, with everyone else watching. The Saint Louise runs down the hill, then soars over the reservoir without dropping.
Chibi-Usa: Yes. I'll also believe in you, Pegasus! Because the power of believing has brought us such a wonderful miracle!
