Pegasus retells how the enemies from the New Moon destroyed Illusion. If the enemies get their hands on the Golden Crystal, the Earth could wind up like Illusion; likewise, if Chibi-Usa and the others can get the Golden Crystal, they can protect Earth and Illusion.

In Chibi-Usa's room, Chibi-Usa and Pegasus are talking about the Golden Crystal. Pegasus can't tell her much about it, but Chibi-Usa doesn't pry.
After a flash of light, Chibi-Usa reappears in a princess gown identical to that of Princess Serenity, and she is in the World of Dreams. She spots Pegasus, and walks toward him. Chibi-Usa gets on Pegasus' back. "Watashitachi ni Naritakute" begins to play in the background. Together, Chibi-Usa and Pegasus fly throughout the World of Dreams, and finally through the night sky, with the city below them. Pegasus flies up above the clouds. Chibi-Usa, who is hanging tightly to Pegasus' mane, suddenly sprouts wings on her back, and she flies besides Pegasus.
Chibi-Usa: I really want to help you.
Chibi-Usa: Since I've met you, I've felt that time has
stopped, and that I'm forever in a dream...
Chibi-Usa wakes up, hugging Pegasus' pink orb.
Pegasus: Thank you. I'll tell you when the time is
right...
Chibi-Usa: Yes. I'm all right because I believe in you,
Pegasus.
At Crown Fruit Parlor, the girls are at their usual table. Mamoru sits beside Usagi. Usagi's worried, because she heard some serious conversation in Chibi-Usa's room. The girls suspect that Chibi-Usa's in love.
Rei: But anyways, I'll speak to her all right!
Minako: Without enough experience, we big sisters, will take care
and give good advice.
Mamoru: Chibi-Usa's boyfriend...?
Usagi: Chibi-Usa's choice for a man... I wonder...
In Neherenia's realm, the infuriated Queen is clawing vainly at the air before her, looking up at the captured Helios.
Neherenia: What a pity! Although I captured Helios, guardian of the Golden Crystal, I still can't get the Golden Crystal!
Neherenia summons Zirconia, and tells her it's time to take over the Earth. Neherenia tells Zirconia to quickly get the Golden Crystal.
Neherenia: I'm already tired of waiting for you...
Zirconia walks up to where the Amazoness Quartet are sleeping. The Quartet are talking in their sleep (they're all really cute!), but they wake up when Zirconia yells at them. Zirconia throws the next target's picture at a sleepy JunJun, and it hits JunJun in the face.
Zirconia: Hurry! Go and check whether that target is the host of Pegasus!
It's daytime, and Chibi-Usa is standing near a busy snack bar. Rei and Makoto walk up and hand Chibi-Usa some sort of pastry. Rei tries discreetly to get Chibi-Usa to talk about her boyfriend, but Makoto asks Chibi-Usa outright. The two eagerly give Chibi-Usa suggestions on how to convey her love to her boyfriend, like writing love letters and sending delicious food.
Chibi-Usa: (exasperated) What's going on...?
At an ice cream shop, Ami and Minako hand Chibi-Usa a cone of ice cream. They discreetly ask her about her boyfriend.
Ami: Have we met... that person before?
Chibi-Usa: Yes! See that color of white?
Minako: Color...?
Ami: White...?
Minako: What does his face look like?
Chibi-Usa: His face... vertical and long...
Minako: Vertical and long?
Ami and Minako start whispering excitedly about Chibi-Usa's boyfriend.
Chibi-Usa: Oh, dear...
In a very expensive-looking restaurant, Mamoru and Chibi-Usa are having dinner together. Chibi-Usa is very happy that she's on a date with Mamoru. Meanwhile, the girls are seated at another table pretty far away, far enough that they can't hear Mamoru and Chibi-Usa talking. Usagi is very jealous, as Mamoru has never taken her out on a date to such a fancy restaurant.
Mamoru asks Chibi-Usa about her boyfriend in a round-about way. Chibi-Usa's about to tell him something about her boyfriend when, suddenly, a human-sized statue moves up to their table. A large vase, a grand piano, and an abstract painting on a easel follow suit. Usagi, Minako, Makoto, and Rei are hidden behind these objects, trying to listen in on Chibi-Usa's conversation. Chibi-Usa gets suspicious (who wouldn't? ^_-), so she doesn't reveal anything.
At a little harbor, Chibi-Usa is leaning over a rail staring into the water. The girls are a distance behind her, apologetic about how they treated her.
Makoto: Oh, boy! We made her furious, didn't we?
Ami: I sympathize with her.
Rei: Mamoru ran away after that...
The girls spot a man that Chibi-Usa is looking at. The man is wearing white sweats, has very pale skin, yellow hair, and a *very* long face. He's feeding some koi (Japanese fish). The girls immediately think that this man is Chibi-Usa's boyfriend.
Suddenly, JunJun appears and shoots her Amazon Ball, punching out the koi-man's Dream Mirror. It's not the Golden Mirror. The Sailor Team arrive and say their speech (all the time referring to the koi-man as Chibi-Usa's lover, much to the confusion of Chibi-Moon ^_^). JunJun produces a Lemure, PakuPaku. It's a huge red fish with a man merged to the top of the fish. JunJun leaves the scene. PakuPaku eats the Dream Mirror, then dives into the water and disappears.
The Sailor Senshi lean over the railing trying to find PakuPaku. The Lemure swims up and breaks surface, then slams down onto the protruding pier which the Sailor Team is standing on. The pier breaks off and slants steeply. Chibi-Moon begins to slide downward, into the waiting mouth of PakuPaku. The rest of the Sailor Team can't help her, because they're desperately trying to hang on to the top end of the pier.
Tuxedo Kamen appears and throws a rose, shutting PakuPaku's mouth. Chibi-Moon slides down the pier, but lands safely on PakuPaku's shut mouth. Chibi-Moon calls Pegasus, and Moon destroys the Lemure.
At the harbor, the koi-man is now all right, feeding koi once again. The girls and Mamoru are there, too, in civilian clothes. They ask Chibi-Usa if the koi-man really is her boyfriend. Chibi-Usa gets mad, but doesn't tell them who her real boyfriend is, much to the dismay of the others.
Chibi-Usa: But someday, Pegasus, I can tell them about you, right?
